Tumbling Level 1 – 3 | 55 minutes | $90 

 

 

Tumbling I

 

Students will learn the basics of tumbling and trampoline. The goal is to build body control, strength, flexibility, and technique. 

Skills: Handstand, Cartwheel, Bridge, Standing Bridge, & Round-Off.

Tumbling II

 

Students will be perfecting the basics of tumbling and also begin to progress them into more complex skills. 

Skills: Round-Offs, Bridge Kick Over, Front limber, & Spotted Back Handspring.

 

 

Tumbling III

 

Students will continue to progress their skills while refining technique and building strength. In this level, students will begin linking complex skills in to combinations. 

Skills: Standing Back Handspring, Round-Off Back Handspring, & more

 

Tumbling 4 | 90 minutes | 

Tumbling IV

Students will continue to progress their skills while refining technique and building strength. In this level, students will begin linking complex skills in to combinations.
