Our newest program, Co-Ed Gymnastics & Tumbling, incorporates training on multiple gymnastics apparatuses such as bars, rings, vault and balance beam, and also includes tumbling, trampoline and strength training.
Gymnastics develops physical fitness, coordination, balance, flexibility and core muscle strength. Most importantly, it also enhances mental acuity and strengthens cognitive skills, while building self-esteem and confidence in a positive and engaging atmosphere.
