Thank you for visiting our website! Fun & Fit "A Children's Fitness Center" is a subsidery of Cheer Connection, LLC.  Fun & Fit is an innovative concept that combines a variety of programs and classes for children18-months to18 years old. Our structured, age-appropriate classes incorporate music, dance, games, gymnastics, and other original activities.  Kids have fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, fine and gross motor skill proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills.  

The Mission of Fun & Fit is to provide structured age-appropriate classes in a fun, safe, family-oriented environment, to children of today and tomorrow, by teaching them the benefits of staying fit, eating right, living a healthy lifestyle, building self-esteem and stronger bodies.

Roll with It  (Mommy & Me)

Everyone needs a little FITNESS in their life! Fun & Fit Roll with It Program is for the Parent/Caregiver and little one (18 months old to 3 years old) enjoy some quality time having fun learning gross and fine motor skill development, cognitive development/skills, social-emotional development/skills, and many fun activities include beginner gymnastics, aerobic activities, stretching, music, group activities, and developmentally appropriate play! Recreational Gymnastics

In this day and age when too many children do not receive enough excercise, recreational gymnastics is a great way to provide an activity that provides a total fitness program.  Our recreational gymnastics classes are both fun and beneficial for children ages 4 years old to 6 years old...Read All About It 

Cheernastics

Recreational cheerleading season is coming to an end...you need an extended season? or thinking about trying out for a team next season? Our Cheernastics classes are for girls age 6 years old to 13 years old with little to no cheerleading experience. With many cheerleading teams trying to incorporate tumbling into their program these classes are taught with that goal in mind.  Cheernastics classes are beginner/Level 1 skill classes that incorporate basic cheerleading skills to include motions and technique, jumps and technique, conditioning, and Level 1 tumbling skills.

Tumbling Classes

Our "tumbling" classes are geared more for CHEERLEADERS...girls that are already CHEERLEADERS (middle school, high school, all-star or collge).  Cheerleaders that have goals to master above LEVEL 1 these classes are for you.  We can help you with technique and form needed to get you to your goal and keep you moving up to the next skill level.

Level 3 - Tucks 
Level 4 - Layouts
Level 5 - Fulls (evaluations required and space AVAILABILITY)

Competitive Cheerleading

If you love to "BRING IT ON" you can become apart of our All-Star Program.  Come experience the fun and exciting world of competitive cheerleading.  Competitive cheerleading is a TEAM SPORT and through participation in team sports, children often develop lifelong habits that contribute to healthful lifestyle.  Competitive sports offer children benefit in many ways this includes team work skills, learn to get along with their peers, benefit from the mental and physical exercise, brings enjoyment and a pattern for a healthful lifestyle begins to form.
