Birthday parties at Fun & Fitness are the best!! After all, OUR NAMES BEGINS WITH FUN! Our parties get kids jumping, moving and having a FUN-tastical time! Our awesome trained coaching staff get the party going, bringing the kids in to the gym for a ton of fun games and activities. Trampolines, tumble tracks, a huge (did we say HUGE??!!) 57 ft. inflatable train that has an obstacle course INSIDE…He’s Chuggy Choo-Choo, but he likes to be called Chuggy for short…and he’s the # 1 request from all of our birthday kids in the know. But you don’t have to ask for Chuggy, he can’t wait for your kid’s party…he’ll be there!
Our parties are such a hit, that time after time kids beg their parents to book their own parties here, after coming to one of their friends! And the best part, we do the entertaining, AND the clean-up! All you have to do is invite who you want to have a jumpin’ FUN good time! After a spirited trek through the gym and Chuggy, our staff will lead the kids out to lobby, where we will have tables and chairs already set up for your child and guests. You bring the birthday cake and whatever other food, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils and such that you wish. For the next phase of the party you can choose to do the birthday ‘thing’…cutting the cake, opening presents, etc. And then? We take care of all of the clean-up! How easy is that?

How can I reserve a date?
Our parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $200 non-refundable deposit holds your space, and requires completion of our Birthday Party Registration form. Click on the link below for this registration form, print, complete w/ signature and bring it by our front office. We can take VISA, MasterCard, Discover, bank check or cash for payment. We CANNOT hold a space until the deposit has been paid and the registration form completed.
What is the cost?
We have 3 Birthday Packages available. All packages include 10 children (birthday child included). For additional children, please refer below for pricing info. *NOTE: $20 discount for current members!
- Package A : $200 1 -1/2 Hour Party (1 Hour of Gym Activities & 30 Minutes in Lobby)*
- Package B: $275 2 Hour Party (1 Hour of Gym Activities & 1 Hour in Lobby)*
- Package C: $275 2 Hour Party (1-1/2 Hours of Gym Activities & 30 Minutes in Lobby)* Packages B & C are only available for the 5:30 time slot.
For up to 20 children, add $75
For up to 30 children, add $150
For up to 40 children, add $225
*Please note: We staff parties based on the anticipated # of children you believe will be in attendance, so please let us know a good estimate at time of booking. If you book a party of 16 children and only 9 show up, you will still be charged the 20 children rate. However, if you book for 10 children and 14 show up, you will also pay the 20 children rate. For the ultimate party experience for your child, we request that we get as accurate a number of attendees in advance so your party will be accommodated to the best of our abilities. You must notify us by email, email@example.com, NO LATER THAN THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE PARTY DATE for any change in the # of attendees from the booked total.
Who can attend?
As this is a working gymnastics facility, for safety reasons all 3-yr old birthday party children and attendees MUST have a parent/guardian accompany them into the gym and assist with their activities. NO CHILD UNDER THE AGE 3 will be permitted into the gym, no exceptions. Younger children are welcome to remain in the lobby area with their parent/guardian during gym activities.
Also, we love for special needs children to join in the fun! We simply ask that a parent/guardian accompany them into the gym and to assist with their activities.
When can we arrive to set up?
You can arrive 20 minutes (no more, though, please!) prior to the start time of the party to set up. We don’t allow piñatas, but do allow you to put up decorations in the lobby party area as long as their removal will not affect or damage any part of the facility. Any decorations put up will need to be taken down by someone in your party. We do not allow any decorations to be taped/affixed to painted walls or to the ceiling.
Waivers will need to be completed for ALL those entering the gym, NO EXCEPTIONS. However, due to our liability insurance protocols, adults are allowed into the gym on a STRICTLY limited basis. In those instances, any adult approved by our staff to enter the gym area will also need to complete a waiver.
When do I pay the balance of the party fees?
Our staff will collect the final payment at the end of the party. The deposit paid at time of booking will be deducted from the total fees as detailed above.
Can you provide invitations?
Absolutely! Our FUN birthday-themed personalized invitations are complimentary, and include both a map to the gym and waiver that needs to be completed for each attendee. Just let us know at time of reservation how many you will need.
Parent’s Night Out/Ages 5 and Up
Looking for a great place for your kids to have fun on a Friday night, so you can get some time in for yourself? Maybe want to remember what your spouse looks like sitting across from you in a restaurant that doesn’t have a lit menu board??!
Then bring the kids into our hugely popular Parent’s Night Out, where there’s uber-cool games & contests your kids won’t want to miss! We host this fun-filled event every Friday night from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. Admission is dirt-cheap…just $15 cash for members; $20 cash for non-members; our competitive team members are just $10 cash . It is a semi-structured gym time that allows kids to come in, jump on trampolines, practice tumbling skills or get some extra practice time in on the equipment. We have our staff coaches on hand supervising, and are available for spotting kids with the skills they are working on when requested. It’s a really great time for kids to come kick back and have fun with their friends (yes, have them bring their friends, too! It’s tons more fun with a friend!)
For kids, tweens, teens and everyone inbetween! Min age 5.
What else do you need to know?
- Admission is cash only. No exceptions.
- For non-members attending, we will need a waiver completed by a legal guardian. Please download here: Waiver
- Pizza and concessions for sale. Food and drinks may be consumed in the lobby areas only. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR.
- No advance registration is required. First-come, first-served, starting at 7:15 pm until we reach capacity.
- Please pick-up your child by 10:30 pm! A LATE PICK-UP FEE of $5 for each 5 minutes will be due for any child who remains on-site after 10:30 pm. This will need to be paid for at time of pick-up.
Exciting new camps available! Fun & Fitness Gymnastics holds Full & Half Day Camps for Spring Break, Summer, Thanksgiving (Fall Harvest Camp), Drop-N-Shop (Sundays in December) & Winter Break. Each of these camps are designed to provide our campers with a wide variety of activities including gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline classes, as well as energizing gym games, contests and fun, creative craft projects.
Spring Break Camp: March 12-16, 2018 / Registration will open soon
HALF DAY CAMP Mornings: 9-12am or Afternoons: 1-4 PM; $40/day or $ for all 4 days. Min age is 4 yrs. Must bring a snack and a drink.
FULL DAY CAMP 9am-4pm: $60/day or $275 for all 4 days. Min age is 5 yrs. Must bring lunch, two snacks and a drink.
- Basic gym attire required (t-shirt, shorts, leotard, leotard w/ shorts or unitard; no bare midriffs allowed). No jewelry allowed. Long hair must be in ponytail. All campers must be potty trained. It is also highly recommended that children ages 6 and under have a change of clothes available for any ‘accidents’.

Date to Be Announced
This is your child’s chance to SHINE! GymFest is our HUGE annual event where our students will perform. The event will be divided into separate sessions by level (sessions will last appr 90 min). An Opening Ceremony will kick off each session, where your child will march out like the GymFest Olympians they are, perform, and then be awarded a medal for their achievements!
Open to students in Fit Kids, Super Fit Kids, Girls & Boys Recreational Gymnastics and all Tumbling Classes.
